Cancellation Policy

- More than 30 days before event: Full refund of any payments made (excluding non-refundable deposit). - 15–30 days before event: 50% refund of total hire cost. - Less than 14 days before event: No refund, as preparations and styling may already be underway. Rescheduling - We’ll do our best to accommodate date changes, subject to availability. - Rescheduling within 30 days of the event may incur a fee. Non-Refundable Deposit - All bookings require a deposit to secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable but may be transferable if rescheduling is possible. Damage Deposit To keep our props and décor looking magical for every celebration, some of our equipment requires a refundable damage deposit. - The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and is payable alongside your hire fee. - Deposits are returned in full once the equipment is collected in the same condition it was delivered. - If damage, loss, or excessive cleaning is required, the cost will be deducted from the deposit. - Where repair costs exceed the deposit, the hirer will be liable for the balance. This policy ensures our items remain pristine for future events while giving you peace of mind that your deposit will be safely returned when everything is cared for responsibly.
