Fairy Craft Events takes great care in coordinating the delivery of all hire items and products. By confirming a booking or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in our Delivery Policy.
Service Area & Fees: Delivery is free within a 5-mile radius of Loughton. For locations beyond this, fees are calculated based on distance, item size, and access requirements. All delivery fees are confirmed in writing prior to dispatch.
Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure accurate delivery details, venue access, and readiness at the agreed time. Delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect information may incur additional charges.
Limitations & Liability: Fairy Craft Events is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by traffic, weather, venue restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always aim to communicate promptly and resolve issues where possible.
Policy Changes: This delivery policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply.

Delivery policy 

Fairy Craft Events is dedicated to making your celebration seamless and enchanting. To ensure every detail arrives safely and is styled to perfection, we offer flexible delivery and setup options across London, Essex, and surrounding areas.
Delivery Zones & Fees
Free Local Delivery: Delivery is free within a 5-mile radius of Loughton.
Extended Delivery: For locations beyond 5 miles, fees are calculated based on distance, item size, and access requirements. A custom quote will be provided during booking.
Multi-Stop Events: If your event requires delivery to multiple venues or staggered timings, additional fees may apply.
Setup Services
Standard Setup: Includes placement and styling of hire items such as signage, sweet carts, and props. Setup fees start from £35 and vary based on complexity and time required.
Custom Styling: For bespoke installations or themed setups, a tailored styling fee will be quoted to reflect design time and on-site coordination.
Timing & Access
Delivery and setup times are arranged in advance and confirmed in writing. Please ensure venue access is available at the agreed time to avoid delays or additional charges.
If access is restricted (e.g., stairs, narrow entryways, timed loading zones), please inform us during booking so we can plan accordingly.
 What’s Included
All delivery and setup fees include transport, handling, and basic placement of items.
Fees do not include teardown unless explicitly agreed. Collection and teardown services can be added for an additional charge.
 Important Notes
Delivery and setup fees are non-refundable once confirmed, unless Fairy Craft Events cancels due to unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply.
