Service Description
Each garland is custom designed to complement your event theme, with a wide range of colour options available. Pricing is based on the size of the installation, the number of balloon colours used, and the variety of balloon sizes incorporated into the design. Premium finishes, including metallic balloons and double-stuffed balloons, are available for clients seeking specific shades, tones or luxury styling and are priced accordingly. Our balloon garlands can be installed on a heavy-duty free-standing frame, allowing them to be placed almost anywhere without the need for wall fixings. Alternatively, garlands can be attached to suitable walls, backdrops, venues and other structures where permitted. For an extra touch of luxury, we can enhance your garland with premium add-ons such as silk florals, fresh-look greenery, pampas grass, butterflies, signage, neon lighting and themed props to create a truly unforgettable focal point. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment A non-refundable booking fee of 40% is required to secure your event date. No booking is confirmed until the booking fee has been received. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date. Bookings made within 14 days of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking. Failure to pay the final balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of the booking fee. Cancellations As balloon installations are custom-made and materials are ordered specifically for each event, the following cancellation charges apply: More than 28 days before the event The booking fee will be retained. Any additional payments made will be refunded. 14 to 28 days before the event The booking fee will be retained. 50% of the remaining balance may be charged if materials have already been purchased. Less than 14 days before the event 100% of the total booking value is payable and non-refundable. Less than 72 hours before the event No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Date Changes We understand that plans can change. One date change may be permitted subject to availability if requested at least 14 days before the event date. Date changes requested within 14 days of the event may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation charges above. Outdoor Installations Outdoor balloon displays are installed entirely at the client's risk. Whilst we use professional techniques and quality materials, weather conditions including wind, rain, extreme heat and direct sunlight may affect the appearance and longevity of balloons. Refunds will not be provided for weather-related damage once installation has been completed. Access & Venue Requirements The client is responsible for ensuring adequate access, permissions and installation space are available at the venue. Where installation cannot be completed due to venue restrictions, lack of access or incorrect information supplied by the client, no refund will be provided. Collection & Hire Equipment Where balloon garlands are installed on hired frames, stands or structures, these remain the property of Fairy Craft Events. Any hired equipment that is lost, stolen or damaged beyond normal wear and tear will be chargeable at the replacement cost.
